Polymetal Resources has announced the start of silver and zinc lead hub production that can be continuously sold from its effort mine in New South Wales (NSW), Australia.
Following an eight -month refurbishment program, effort processing work is now operational.
The processing plant has a capacity of 1.2 million tonnes per year (MTPA) and consists of a two -stage grinding plant, three ball mill, lead/zinc float circuit, thickeners, filter, chemical, and concentrated storage facilities.

The company will export zinc concentrates in parcels, each weighing 10,000 dry metric tons (DMT), from anchorage 29 in Adelaide, with initial silver lead concentrated exports in 5,000dmt parcels.
Executive Chair of Polymetals, Dave Sproutle, said: “We are delighted with completing the refurbishment of Endeavor Mill. Milling operations are settling down well and we are addressing various maintenance issues as they arise.
“Pre-paid against still certificates is organized with Ocean Partners to assist with working capital needs. The website continues to medium-grade ore mill in processing optimization to receive increased primary feed grade and high-grade currency ore in the coming months.”
Located 40km north of Corbar in the midwest of NSW, the effort coal mine is an underground operation in the Corbar Basin, second in size only to CSA Copper Mine. The pool was obtained by polymetals in 2023.
The Endeavor Project has a fully equipped underground metal mine, already active with a decline of 7km, a 300m shaft with a related head frame, a window, an underground crusher, and all the necessary pumping, safety and related equipment.
The site also includes the development of extensive mines. Infrastructure in the pool includes a sealed access road, active rail infrastructure, grid power, and a safe water supply.
