The FBI and ATF also revealed new details about Jabbar's movements before he drove a high-speed car down the famous Bourbon Street in the early hours of New Year's Day.

Jabbar also planted two improvised explosive devices, or IEDs, near Bourbon Street, authorities said. He was unable to detonate two bombs before his death.
“The FBI is investigating that during his attack on Bourbon Street, Jabbar planned to use a transmitter, found in an F150 truck, to detonate two IEDs he planted on Bourbon Street,” the agency said.

In the latest update, the agencies said that all evidence has been recovered near Bourbon Street and the Airbnb rental on Mandeville Street operated by Jabbar has been completed.
