The hotel company at the US Omni Hotels & Resorts has appointed Adam Hayashi as Chief Revenue Officer to lead revenue growth and expand the market.
Reporting directly to Omni Chief Commercial Officer Jeff Doane, Hayashi will help the company increase the top -line revenue performance and capture a better market share.
Doane said: “I'm excited to welcome Adam to the Omni family and look forward to the innovation he will bring him to the team.
“I have had the opportunity to work with Adam in the past and know that the breadth of his experience will contribute to Omni's success as we continue to expand our revenue goals and footprint across the industry.”
With more than 20 years experience in the hospitality industry, Hayashi is currently serving on the American Board of the International Hospitality Sales and Marketing Association, as well as the Customer Advisory Board of Integrated Decisions and Systems.
Prior to joining Omni, Hayashi worked for Accor as President of the World -Ee -Inversion Revenue Management, Distribution and BI. He supported over 120 properties within hotel brands and resorts and raffles hotels & resorts Fairmont.
Hayashi has also held key leadership roles in Accor, including the Director of Regional Revenue Management and the North and Central American Revenue Management President.
During his time in Accor, Hayashi led the creation of a business intelligence solution and the development of a strong distribution support team.
