A Pakistani citizen from Ontario, who is wanted on terrorism charges for targeting Jewish institutions in New York City in the United States, has agreed to migrate.
During a short high court hearing today Montreal20 -year -old Mohammad Shah Zeb Khan agreed to send the United States for trial.

Khan has been jailed on September 4 at the behest of US officials and after being arrested in Mistown, Quet.
US officials have accused Khan of counting a terrorist organization to try to provide material support and resources.
Authorities alleged that Khan, before being arrested, was going to a massive firing at a Jewish center in Brooklyn on October 7, on the occasion of a one -year anniversary of the Hamas attack on Israel.
The RCMP's Ontario Division, which investigated Khan, said the accused would be handed over in the coming weeks.
