Pope Francis suffers “acute respiratory failure,” the Vatican says

Pope Francis used a mask and ventilator overnight to help him breathe after the Vatican said on Monday that “two episodes of acute respiratory failure.” The 88-year-old Pantif spent more than two weeks at the hospital in his last healthcare battle.
