Bunford Capital Limited (NYSE:Purify) Shares are trading former -market on Monday after the company Reported fourth -quarter earnings.
A total combined revenue of $ 93.025 million was down from $ 292.573 million in the previous year period. Revenue, total segments (Burford only), was $ 65.692 million, down from $ 250.615 million in the same period a year earlier.
The company reported an EPS loss of $ (0.06), down from an EPS of $ 0.45 in the quarter year ago.
The revenue of asset management segment and other services declined to $ 15.9 million from $ 24.9 million a year ago a quarter,
Net realized earnings rose to $ 141.6 million from $ 62.9 million in the quarter.
Combined cash and selling guarantees for total segments (Burford only) was $ 521 million at December 31, 2024 driven by highest ever cash receipts during FY24.
Dividend: On February 28, 2025, the Board of Directors of Burford announced a final dividend of $ 0.0625 the common share for the year ended on December 31, 2024, payable on June 13, 2025, to shareholders recorded on record on May 23, 2025.
The company achieved a very strong 135% donation in the fourth quarter and 179% in the second quarter, driving the full year FY24 donated to 108%.
This sets out the highest annual result since FY20 and is significantly above the historic average.
