“The legal and policy landscape surrounding diversity, equity and inclusion efforts is changing,” Meta Vice President of Human Resources Janelle Gill wrote in a memo to employees.
Gill's memo was first reported by Axios, and Meta confirmed the report in response to an inquiry from FOX Business.
The note noted that recent decisions by Supreme Court of the country The effect has been to “mark a change in the way the courts treat DEI” that contributed to this change.
