An oil tanker and a cargo ship collided with the coast of the east England Emergency services said on Monday, emergency services were told by the two utensils to mobilize a major fire and rescue operation.
At least 32 casualties were brought to the coast, but their condition was not immediately clear.
Martin Boyers, chief executive of the Port of Graemesba East, said 13 deaths were brought on the wind cat 33, followed by 19 more on the port pilot boat.
The British Maritime and Coast Guard Agency said several life boats and Coast Guard rescue helicopters were dispatched to the northern Sea, including the Coast Guard's plane and firefighting capacity with nearby ships.

“There are reports that several people abandoned the ships after the collision and both ships were set on fire,” said RNLI Lifeboat Agency. It states that three life boots along with the Coast Guard are working on search and rescue at the scene.
The video was filmed by the BBC's video footage and apparently a nearby vessel showing that black smoke flows from both ships.
Port Chief, Boyers, said he was told that there was a “large -scale fireball”.
“It's too far for us to see – about 10 10 miles – but we have seen ships enter them,” he said.
According to the ship -tracking site Vaselfunder, the tanker, which is considered to be flawless by the US flagged chemical and oil product carrier MV Stena, was on anchor after traveling from Greece. The cargo vessel, the Portugal flag container ship was traveling from Solong, Scotland's granjimut to Rotterdam, the Netherlands.
The Coast Guard said the alarm was picked up at 9:48 am (0948 GMT). The site of the collision is about 155 155 miles (250 km) north of the north of London.
