Residents run away from homes in flooding Argentine city

At least 13 people were killed in floods in the Argentine port city of Bahia Blanca.

The torrential rain forced more than 1,200 inhabitants to leave their homes and large parts of the city were left without electricity.

The roads and bridges were destroyed, and the footage shows that the cars accumulated after being obsessed with the flood.

On Friday, more than 400 mm (15.7 inches) rain fell on Bahia Blanca, which is one third of the average common rainfall every year.
