Their brief performance followed nearly seven weeks of arguments and testimony brought by federal prosecutors to New York. The prosecutor's office ended its case on Tuesday afternoon.

His lawyers defense claim that the government failed to comply with the burden of proving any of the allegations against him, which he categorically refused, and the judge must take the case against him.

D -N -Combs also confirmed to the court that he would not take his position in his own process. “This is my decision with my lawyers” not to testify, “he told the judge.

D -N -Combs admitted that he was not guilty of charges of trafficking in sex, racketeering and transport to get involved in prostitution. He is faced with life imprisonment if he is sentenced to the scheme.

Tying a court for the first time in a weeks on Tuesday, J -Kombs told Judge Arun Submanian that he was “doing excellent work”.

The defense called NONE, instead he presented himself in evidence several text messages between Mr. Combs and his ex-girlfriends, singer Cassandra Ventura and another victim who testified under the alias Jane.

It is always difficult for defense teams to decide whether to call any witnesses to the facts of the podium, said Mitchell Apner, a lawyer based in New York and a former prosecutor.

Calling new witnesses can introduce more problems for protection -and the fact that D -N -Combs occupies the position would be even more frying, the suspension of the case most of its testimony, said G -n -Apner.

Instead, Mr. Combs 'attorneys gave a quick performance, showing messages in an attempt to strengthen their argument that Mr. Combs' girlfriends were willing participants in sexual meetings with him and male escorts, which were called a freak.

In a text message to Mr. Combs that his lawyers were reading aloud, Jane told him “I always have fun” during their freaks or what she called “Hotel Nights”.

The rapid defense case came after the G -N -Combs legal team filed a request with a request from the court to justify its client, claiming that the government had not fulfilled its burden in proving any of the charges, including sexual traffic and racketeering.

His lawyer Alexandra Shapiro claims that the victims of the case are capable women who could leave at their request, giving a hint of the points that the legal team is likely to present during the closing arguments scheduled later this week on Thursday and Friday.

G -N -Combs were “unfortunately violent, but domestic violence is not a trafficking in sex,” said G -ja Shapiro.

Prosecutors claim that Mr. Combs' ex-girlfriends were forced to have unwanted sexual acts with drugs, violence and other means.
