In the middle of dry January, many people are trying to keep the festive cheer alive, while staying sober. Non- and low-alcohol beverages are becoming increasingly popular and the industry's biggest players are looking for ways to capitalize on this trend. But how long will the buzz last? Jonathan Dubois is the founder of Goxoa, a French zero-alcohol beer brand marketed specifically to athletes and winner of the gold medal for Best Non-Alcoholic Beer at the European Beer Challenge. Also joining us is Paul Matthew, founder of Everleaf Drinks, a British company that produces sustainably non-alcoholic aperitifs.
