Southwest Gas Holdings is a natural gas company. Its main sub -controlled utility company, Southwest Gas Corp., buys, transports, and distributes gas to 2.2 million customers in Arizona, De Nevada, and North California. About half of its customers are located in Arizona, in the regions around Phoenix and Tucson and about 10% of customers in northern California. Small residential and commercial customers account for approximately 90% of SWX customer base. SWX also provides gas and pipeline infrastructure services in 43 provinces and parts of Canada through its interest in Centuri Holdings. Since 2Q24, Centuri Holdings has been trading under CTRI Ticker and Argus is not being addressed. Transmission Company, Great Basin, owns an Interstate pipeline in Idaho, California, and Nevada and operates a peak shaving LNG storage facility in Nevada.
