The key to its success is Xiaomi's laserlink technology. This is an exclusive optical communication module, obviously a small dot on the back of the phone and lens where the data is transmitted in the form of light (laser near infrared) at a speed of up to 10 Gbps. It was fast enough to work in the concert with AI and Xiaomi's calculation photography on the phone in the way that the traditional external lens could not.
The lens has two legs connected on the back to get the source from the phone and Xiaomi says the power of the lens can be compared to the integrated camera system. It is moving enough to slide in a pocket or bag and the nature of plug and play is simple to make it easy to use. This system can allow a series of experts for photographers, although you will have to remember to bring them, which denies one of the great advantages of regular phone cameras.

Considering Laserlink technology and energy transmission, it seems that this system can allow a range of magnetic accessories other than photography. I am thinking about chargers, electric banks, and Mobile game controller (Low latency is perfect to play games). Someday can allow you to connect seamlessly to other devices in Xiaomi's wider ecosystem, including speakers, all types of smart home utilities and even cars. Do not have Support QI2 Within Xiaomi 15, this new exclusive system may be the reason why it is passed down.
Before you were too excited, this was still just a concept of no release or solid price. We have seen the previous Mo -Muun's phone and disappointment, including the efforts GoogleThen LGThen Motorolaand most recently HMD. But Xiaomi's prototype was surprisingly polished, and the potential of a system like this was clear. The designs are more balanced without a large camera -camera, but the option to compete with a dedicated camera when I need it? Sign up for me.
