As you may have guessed, the latest model has a 15-inch display. This is the second professional grade portable monitor from Espresso Displays. The company already has a 15-inch non-touch version, but as the name suggests, it's aimed at professionals and business travelers who could use more of a mobile screen experience.
Espresso 15 Pro presented at CES 2025has a 4K resolution and a contrast ratio of 1500:1. It is said to display 1.07 billion colors with full coverage of the AdobeRGB color spectrum. The LCD panel is actually brighter than the 17-inch model: 550 nits, compared to the larger monitor's peak brightness of 450 nits. It also has two USB-C inputs. On the other hand, the refresh rate is limited to 60Hz.
In addition to macOS and Windows devices, Espresso 15 Pro works with iPhone, iPad and Samsung Galaxy devices with DeX support. You can also use the Espresso Pen to take notes on the touchscreen.
Elsewhere, the Espresso 15 Pro will come with the brand's new Stand+. The monitor attaches magnetically to the Stand+, which supports landscape and portrait orientation.
Pricing and availability for the Espresso 15 Pro have not yet been revealed, although it is scheduled to arrive in the coming months. Logic dictates that the price will fall somewhere between the Display 15 at $299 and the Espresso 17 Pro at $799.
