Five years after Harvey Weinstein was sentenced to rape and enlisted in handcuffs prison, there was a film that returns to the manhattan court on Tuesday to a new trial covering many of the same allegations – plus one that has not been tried before.

Why is the new process?
The State Court of Appeal threw the sentences of Weinstein and a 23-year prison sentence and ordered a new trial after finding that the original was tilted by “gross” court rulings and testimonies.

She claims that Weinstein raped her again eight months later at the Beverly Hills hotel, where she worked as a hairdresser.
Mann also maintained contact with Weinstein after an alleged assault, testifying that she sent him a flattering e -mile, because “his ego was so fragile,” she said, and “made me feel safe, worshiping him in this sense.”
The Associated Press does not essentially identify people who accuse sexual assaults, unless they agree to the name, as Haley and Mann did.
If Weinstein were acquitted at this process, would he go to the freedom?
