A woman who claims to be Madeleine McCan appeared to court, accused of four pieces of being a missing girl's family.
Julia Wandel, also known as Julia Wandel, was arrested at Bristol Airport on Wednesday on suspicion of lurking, including serious anxiety and disaster.
D -Ja Wandel, originally from Poland, was detained in custody after appearing in the court of Leicester's magistrates on Friday on Friday and is about to go on a legal basis in the city's Crown Court on April 7.
The court documents indicate that the 23-year-old is said to have sent messages, left voice messages and appeared in the family home between January 3, 2024 and February 15, 2025.
The documents claim that Da -ja Wandel claims to have gone to McCans House twice – on May 2 and December 7 – as well as sends messages to WhatsApp to Kate and Gerry McCan, and Instagram messages to her siblings S
They add the behavior “had a significant adverse effect” on the daily activities of the family “when you knew or you should know that your course of behavior would cause alarm or disaster.”

The disappearance of Madeleine McCan, at the age of three in Portugal in 2007, is one of the most responsible cases of missing children in history and remains unresolved.
D -Ja Vental claims that Madeleine McCan was missing in an Instagram publication in 2023, stating that there were “gaps in memory” about childhood after suffering abuse.
However, the claim was contrary to the DNA test in 2023, which revealed that it was from Poland, with some Lithuanian and Romanian heritage.
A 60-year-old Wales woman, who was also arrested with Mrs. Wandel on suspicion of being lurking, has been released on bail, police in Lestershire said.
