Social media is full of bad ideas. A horrifying comparison And a seriously silly observation. But ever since Elon Musk bought Twitter at the end of 2022, it seems like things have changed. In the online world, it gets worse and worse. and to mark the demise of the once great social media platform. It is therefore appropriate to present a collection of truly terrifying tweets from 2024.
Some of the tweets are funny, some are outlandish, and some are just plain lies. We can't bring ourselves to share the most politically extreme and bloody tweets that have appeared on X in the past year. While such tweets technically fall into the “bad” category, Musk has nevertheless created a safe space for celebrating Nazism and snuff films. As anyone who still tries to use such sites can testify.
for clarity This list is not exhaustive. There are too many bad tweets to count. But here's a look at some particularly bad tweets from the past year. Hopefully there will be better tweeting in 2025, but we won't hold our breath on that one.
