Thousands of soldiers were released for rejecting Covid coverage, but only 650 are interested in returning to their jobs now – even with Trump's promise of back payment

Col Dave Butler, an army spokesman, said more than half of the approximately 1,900 soldiers released had contacted the phone or email. And of these, about 200 have expressed a willingness to return to the service.
