Warm fusion brings the biotechnological and horror of the body to the sandy New York

It took me some time to get to any of the names from DSTLRY, relative to the new publisher of comics belonging to the creators, but I finally jumped this week with the series Warm fusionIN And Wow We started well.

Warm fusion It is described as “the dark scientific and fiction thriller, mixing the horror of David Kronenberg with a gloomy urban future Blade Runner. It is located in the future version of New York, where it is always rain, and congenital defects are common in the population from a medical disaster caused by a pharmaceutical company. The story follows the detective Jarrod Hannover and the Escort Vin Yang (aka Snow White) during the investigation of a series of strange and brutal murders aimed at brothel workers. At the same time, we get acquainted with the immediately suspicious Nicolas Fleisher, a scientist working on experimental treatment, called a warm fusion, which, by the visible, stimulates the growth of new limbs, where they were previously absent.

This series has so much for this, from the impeccable vibrations of cyberpunk to the script that really attracts you. The first two issues have quite intense moments, and stimulation makes the right balance when it comes to creating a riddle and hints about what is happening to promote the plot forward. In addition, the whole character is just cool, damn it, I love her. Issue No. 2 I went out this week, and the next should drop the mid -April. Warm fusion Writer Scott Hoffman and artist Alberto Ponticell, with Lee Lafridge flowers and the inscription of Steve Wand.
