Watch Ryan Gosling blast in cosmic trailer for “Project Hale Mary”


The project trailer welcomed Maria, a scientific-triller-adaptation of Andy Weir's novel in 2021, just landing. The film opens in cinemas and IMAX on March 20, 2026.

The story is followed by science teacher Rayland Grace (Ryan Gosling), located on a spaceship millions of miles from home. He begins to remember his critical mission to decipher what causes the sun to die – and hence protecting the Earth from extinction.

The trailer opens with a shot of Rayland waking up on the spacecraft, looking disappointed, and then flashing back to it, fighting for being chosen as a critical mission. (“I can't even at Moonwalk!”

Towards the end of the trailer, Rayland encounters a strange creature, and then in the shooting says: “So, I met a stranger. He grows on me. At least he doesn't grow in I, you know, what was a concern for a little time. ”

Along with Gosling, the film starred in Sandra Haller (Anatomy of Drop), Lionel Boys (The bear), Ken Leung (fast hour, Lost) and Milana Wintrub (another space, this is us).

Project Hail Mary is the latest adaptation of one of Weir's novels. He also wrote Vair MarcianWho hit the big screen in 2015 and Starswells Matt Damon. Given how popular that film was (boasts 91% of rotten tomatoes) and how highly appreciated The book of the project Hale Mary is, it seems to have high expectations for this film. The first poster fell on Friday and was greeted on social media with a general excitement and was followed by The official poster on Monday.
