Why do we need to fight for girls' rights?

For the first show of 2025, we focus on that often forgotten issue; Our team at Girls' Rights Pakistan reports on how child marriage is on the rise in the country as a result of climate change. Also we move to Senegal where the case of a nine-year-old girl who became pregnant as a result of being raped by her Quran teacher has sparked outrage from human rights groups in particular. Plus Annette Young talks to Memory Banda, a girls' rights activist in Malawi, about how to engage communities in strengthening and protecting girls' rights.
