Chelsea confirmed their dominance in the Conference League after another win at home to Shamrock Rovers ended the Premier League season.
Rovers started sixth as they scored a hat-trick in the first half but had no answer for the quality of Enzo Maresca's shadow side.
Ireland threatened early on as Johnny Kenny failed to get on the end of a dangerous cross and Guiu was quick to punish him for making the most of a defensive error and scoring.
derby The visitors were briefly level when Markus Poom, son of ex-Sunderland and Arsenal goalkeeper Mart, burst into the crowd.

But another error saw Guiu put Chelsea back in front and Kiernan Dewsbury-Hall scored the winner with a clinical display.
Marc Cucurella broke into the area and headed straight from the front of the centre, while Guiu headed home a good Noni Madueke cross.
Chelsea will play in the last 16 this March, while Rovers have secured a place in the play-offs in February despite a heavy defeat.
