Marcus Rashford would prefer one tRANSFER to Barcelona if the chance to leave Manchester United arises, says a report.
Rashford has failed to feature in United's last three squads, with new manager Ruben Amorim admitting he has he was not impressed from the 27-year-old's attitude behind the scenes.
Uncertainty over Rashford's future was sparked by his admission that he was ready for a “new challenge” and it was quickly reported that The English representative sees a move to La Liga as a “dream”..
now, sports go a step further and name it Barcelona as Rashford's favorite destination.
It is claimed Rashford believes Barcelona's style of play would suit him better than any other side in Spain, with La Liga leaders Atletico Madrid previously named as potential suitors for the versatile forward.
The problem, however, is that Barcelona cannot afford to come close to the total package required to sign Rashford, who is expected to be available for a fee of around £40m in January.
On top of that spending are Rashford's huge wages of over £300,000 a week. Barcelona have already made it clear that he will have to agree to at least halve his wages if he wants to make the move to Catalonia.
As it stands, there isn't much optimism about a move to Barcelona for Rashford, who may have to accept a pay cut if he really wants to seal a move away from united.
