Midfielder Kevin De Bruyne has revealed that talks over a possible contract extension with Manchester City have resumed and the midfielder could discuss a move to a club abroad in January.
The 33-year-old said last month that he was suspending talks over a contract extension as he focused on recovering from a two-month layoff after his season was interrupted by injury.
De Bruyne's current contract runs until next summer and he will be free to talk to clubs outside England from January 1.

He said there was no update on his future after Sunday's win over Leicester City and Manchester City's second win in 14 Premier League games in all competitions.
“No, nothing yet,” he told The Independent.
The uncertainty over De Bruyne's future is worrying for Manchester City fans, but he is not the only Premier League star whose contract expires in June.
Mohamed Salah Virgil van Dijk and Trent Alexander-Arnold are set to leave Liverpool in the summer after failing to agree a deal.
But despite the off-field rumours, Arne Slot's side are impressive on it. They have lost just once in all competitions this season and enter the new year at the top of the Premier League.

Manchester City have endured contrasting fortunes this season. De Bruyne admits the team's poor results have taken a toll on both the playing field and manager Pep Guardiola.
“Obviously he's a bit more than usual, but I don't think it's much different,” De Bruyne said.
“You can't change yourself when you're in a bad moment. We had a lot of good moments and we know how to win games. But we haven't won yet. It happens and other people have to accept the good. They could be in a better moment.
“You've got to do your job, we're trying, hopefully we'll get better.”
Manchester City host West Ham at home on January 4 and will look to bounce back from Sunday's 5-0 thrashing of Liverpool.
