“What helps me the most is playing a lot of sports between meals and going to the gym. So whenever I have time I like to play different sports, maybe tennis, badminton, football, which makes me engaged. It's the best way to connect with exercise,” he explained.

He said, “I thought I would have more time, but unfortunately, I don't have much time.
