Good bowling from the Strikers kept the Renegades at bay
The Renegades faced frustrations with the ball as they were heavily restricted by the Strikers bowlers. Brown was the lone Renegades batsman who managed to run out some runs and played a vital role in shaping the Renegades' innings. Henry Thornton he had an amazing match to bowl as he dismissed 3 Renegades batsmen and conceded just 22 runs in his 4-over spell. Popular contributions from Lloyd Pope and Brendan Doggett also helped the Strikers restrict the home team to 142/9 in 20 overs.
