WWE Legend Reveals Incredible Story About The Undertaker In Iraq (Exclusive)

The Undertaker dominated WWE for 30 years. His bouts against Kane, Stone Cold Steve Austin, Triple H, Shawn Michaels and more have placed him in the upper echelons of this industry. There is no denying that the tales surrounding “Taker” are legendary.

Speaking during the last episode What Were They Thinking? about Backstage passJBL mentioned the unbelievable story of The Undertaker in Iraq. The Hall of Famer said they took pictures in Saddam Hussein's palace while touring Baghdad, Iraq.

“I mean, we, we stayed at Saddam Hussein's palace. There's a famous picture of me and the Undertaker on Saddam Hussein's throne. That's the Palace.” (after 09:33)

Elsewhere on the podcast, JBL revealed that during a WWE visit to Iraq in the 2000s, he and The Undertaker were asked to play golf by US soldiers on Saddam Hussein's porch:

AEW's top star called one of his co-stars “spoiled” and a “narcissist.” HERE.

“We're in Saddam Hussein's palace and in Iraq. We rarely, rarely stayed in the Green Zone. We always stayed in forward operating bases. So I got the Undertaker and I'm like, do you want to be a part of this? I'm thinking, and I don't know what's going on, but something's going on Hussain's porch and said, 'Would you like to hit some golf balls with us?' (from 25:45)
