Alex Iwobi has described Fulham as “brothers and sisters” and says his team-mates fear no one in the Premier League.
The Nigerian midfielder, who has enjoyed impressive performances under Marco Silva, believes a positive atmosphere both on and off the pitch is vital to the players' performance.
Iwobi, 28, has equaled his Premier League tally of five goals and equaled last season's total with half a season to play.
In addition, the current midfielder has had a strong influence on Fulham's run with three assists.
“We're really fighting each other,” Iwobi said. BBC.
“You can see it on the field, but off the field, where the cameras can't catch it, we are really brothers and sisters.
“It's a nice environment, the chemistry is really good, and I feel like it's helping us get the results we need.”

Fulham are currently eighth in the Premier League, just three points clear of fifth-placed Newcastle United, and are on an impressive seven-match unbeaten run.
Iwobi credited manager Silva for promoting the “unity” that drives the team forward.
“I feel like (I'm) expressing myself a little bit more,” Iwobi said.
“The manager has given me this license and freedom to score goals. Even if I make a mistake, 'Alex, Go again,' he said.
“There was such confidence from him; I felt almost unstoppable because my teammates backed me up. You're willing to try anything on the field.”
Fulham have not finished higher than 10th in the Premier League since the 2011-12 season.
However, With the team performing at such a high level, Iwobi is optimistic about their chances of breaking into the European places.
“We have players and I haven't played in Europe for a long time. So it's a dream I want to achieve again,” he said.
“I am not afraid of anyone. I believe anyone can compete and get three points. The sky's the limit.”
