Difficult for India without Bumrah
Bumrah's absence from the field was immediately felt as India looked to capitalize on their early bowling success. The team managed to bowl Australia out for 181 runs, giving them a narrow lead, but without Bumrah's pace and accuracy, the Indian attack looked dangerous. His departure meant that the likes of Mohammed SirajNitish Kumar Reddyand Krishna himself had to shoulder many responsibilities in the bowling department. In Bumrah's absence, Virat Kohli took charge on the field, showing the team's depth in leadership. Indian team managers are now faced with the challenge of making strategies without their biggest assets.
