Harry Maguire's latest glaring miss in Manchester United's 2-2 draw with Liverpool may not have been what it seemed – as new footage suggests Joshua Zirkzee may have been offside in the build-up.
As Maguire jumped at the chance, the official provisions applied by the VAR team at Stockley Park were not applied to broadcast the game.
But unofficial lines drawn by Sky Sports the team reveals that if Maguire had scored, the goal would have had to withstand an ultra-close offside decision.
And from what we can see, Zirkzee was probably offside with the toes of his left foot seemingly just beyond the last defender's line.
