Fenerbahce manager Mourinho has famously lashed out at Fenerbahce referees in the Turkish Super League, claiming they operate in a “toxic” environment.
His comments came after Galatasaray's controversial 2-1 win over Goztepe left them eight points clear at the top of the table.
Goztepe, who feels the officials made a mistake during Saturday's match, issued a statement demanding immediate action.
The club called for the “immediate establishment of a temporary foreign referee system” and expressed their disappointment with the league, saying they “want a league with deserving winners”.
Mourinho slammed the argument after Fenerbahce's 2-1 win over Hatayspor on Sunday.
“Everyone is the same; scandal They are talking about scandals. I learned a new word (Turkish).
“I think some (media) will like it. Even the winners like it. This is the worst of all. Because winning by any means is the worst.

“When it comes to the feeling of something toxic, we feel (it) obviously. 25 and 35 years as a coach; I've never seen anything like that in football with 10 as a coach.
“He has a dimension beyond what we can understand. I don't think it's a situation where a single team is fighting so powerfully that it's going to destroy an existing system.
“De Ligue is the league I work for. I hope to be in my league for at least 2 years. But this is your league.
“This is every kid's league that loves football. I am dreaming of becoming a football player… If you are satisfied with this position, then enjoy it. I don't think it's something that individual clubs can solve.”
Mourinho has criticized Fenerbahçe's officiating in recent matches, highlighting that missed calls have left his side feeling vulnerable.
“In the last two games, we've been talking about (showing) about five red cards to our opponents,” he said.
“The opposition knows how to play us. Our players feel it.
Mourinho arrived at Fenerbahce in the summer with the aim of winning their first league title in a decade.
However, his harsh criticism of refereeing and the league's structure suggests he believes there are significant obstacles beyond the field.
