Manchester United have made contact with Napoli over a swap deal involving Marcus Rashford and Khvicha Kvaratskhelia, according to a report.
After losing his place in the squad under new coach Ruben Amorim, Rashford has been made available for tRANSFER this month, but United have yet to receive anything but loan interest from parties unable to meet their financial requirements.
AC Milan has dominated the headlines but Rashford could find himself heading to another part of Italy as Team State talks are ongoing with Naples on an astronomical exchange agreement.
Napoli are reportedly open to cashing in on Kvaratskhelia for the right price and are even said to be engaging in talks with united for a possible swap for Rashford, who is one of Antonio Conte's targets to bolster his attack.
Complicating this for United is concrete interest in Kvaratskhelia from Paris Saint-Germain, who have rekindled their pursuit of the Georgia international in the summer transfer window.
Fabrizio Romano Napoli are also in direct contact with PSG, who are proposing their own swap deal. Center back Milan Skriniar is mentioned as a possible weight.
Napoli have offered Kvaratskhelia a new contract but the 23-year-old, whose current contract expires in 2027, has not given a response as he weighs up all available options.
