Former Australian spinner Brad Hogg has made a huge statement about Rohit Sharma's future after his failures in the 2024-25 Border-Gavaskar Trophy (BGT) series. Brad Hogg has said Rohit Sharma could be nearing the end of his Test career and questioned the nature of the India captain's dismissals.

In a video shared on his YouTube channel, Brad Hogg stated that Rohit Sharma's Test career is probably over. He criticized Rohit's dismissals, particularly being bowled and LBW as an opener, adding that these types of dismissals should not come early in the innings.
“I think Rohit Sharma is probably done right now at Test level. He should have moved on. His form in the last 6-7 months has not been great,” HogMr he said on his YouTube channel.
“He gets bowled, LBW, and as an opener, that kind of dismissal shouldn't happen early in the innings. LBW, yes, but it shouldn't be bowled between bat and pad,” he added.
