Michael Cole has become one of WWE's biggest names and has quickly become an icon of his business in recent years. Now the veteran is preparing to change his name.
Pat McAfee X (fka Twitter) revealed that he had the best time with Cole and the veteran commentator declared himself a “rap icon.” McAfee said he couldn't wait to “get it.”
“Having a great time with self proclaimed 'Rap Icon' @MichaelCole in San Jose.. 'Can't wait to Yeet myself tonight' 😂😂😂” he wrote.
Michael Cole didn't wait long before responding to Pat McAfee's tweet, saying he was still trying to figure out his new rap name and decided to make the change. Names considered were “Coleio” and “Lil Cole”. He added that he was ready to eat all night.
“Still trying to figure out if my rap name is 'Coleio' or 'Lil Cole.' I'm ready to do ALLLLL NIGHT LONG Yeet,” Cole replied.
It's safe to say that Jay Uso will have at least one friend RAW commentary booth, Michael Cole. Given McAfee's work with Cole, the star may actually decide to change his name and make him one of the two shortlisted. Both commentators are great friends and are known for making hilarious decisions when together.
