WWE announces multi-year deal with TNA Wrestling

WWE is setting new standards in the industry and TNA Wrestling has already joined the long-running league. A new press release revealed the company's multi-year deal with TNA.

Last year, TNA Wrestling began sending stars to the Stamford-based promotion, primarily a developmental brand. Working relationships have improved under the creative direction of names like Triple H and Shawn Michaels Jordynne Grace and Joe Henry black and silver became a brand staple.

It wasn't a one-time deal, however, and more crossovers took place over the following months and stories expanded across both promotions. Today, the Stamford-based promotion released a statement announcing their multi-year deal with TNA Wrestling to create more crossover in both promotions.

“WWE and TNA Wrestling today announced a multi-year partnership aimed at creating unprecedented crossover opportunities within WWE and TNA programming for NXT Superstars and TNA Wrestling Stars,” the company's official X account said.

The exact years of the new partnership weren't specified, but it's safe to say it will include many years of content and crossover opportunities for both parties. Moreover, the statement also touched on performances at selected premium live events. This could mean that TNA Wrestling stars could appear in PLEs like the Royal Rumble in 2022 and 2024.
