Promotor Eddie Hearn says he talked to Keyshawn Davis last night and “finished” him about Andy Cruz after the victory of the Cuban talent over Omar Salcid in Cosmopolitan Las Vegas.

Hearn reminded Keyshawn that he fought Cruz four times in amateurs and lost each time. Told Davis that he had “Mental Block” of these losses and are persecuted by memories. That did something to him.
5-0 and nightmare
The gold medal of the Olympic Olympic medals Cruz (5-0, 2 ko) quickly follows the world title and coincide with a talented opposition to quickly achieve the belt.
He made Salcido (20-2, 14 ko) it looks easy last night, which was most unusual for the unanimous decision of the score 99-91, 98-92 and 98-92. Salcido is a very good fighter, but he was out of his league against Cruz.
“I wrapped Keyshawn. I like it. He said, 'You know I beat him (Andy Cruz). You know I won him.' I said, 'Friend, he is in your head. You have a mental block with Andy Cruz. You know. You can't beat him for four times and never beat him. IFL TVdiscussing his conversation with Keyshawn Davis about how problems with Cuban talent Andy Cruz.
“Andy is great. I think people forget how good Salcido was. I think he'll become better and better against better opposition,” Hearn continued on Cruz. “I think sometimes it turns off when he gets bored when he knows how easy it is, and it's just really, really good.
“IBF,” Hearn said when asked where Cruz moves. “If the break withdraws, it will be Abdullaev against Muratalle, where it is still for temporary, and Andy is next in line.”
Andy Cruz against winner Raymond Muratalla Vs. Zoir Abdullaev would be a good fight, but that would not be more competitive than last night's opponent, Omar Salcido. Muratalla is just a snack with one weapon, his right hand. Cruz would educate him.
Abdullaev would not be competition at all. They could surrender to the IBF belt of Cruz if he faced the winner of the struggle of Muratalla Vs. Abdullaev. Top Rank would probably give up on Muratalla fighting Cruz if he grabbed the IBF belt.
“It depends on Keyshawn Davis,” Hearn said when asked how far the struggle between Andy Cruz and Keyshawn. “Keyshaww will fight (champion in the lightweight category WBO Denys) Berinchyk (next). It's an easy fight. So, he wins and becomes world champion WBO.
“Tell me another fight in a slight division outside of thin. He is 140 pounds,” Hearn said when the survey mentioned the name of the Lopez Teofima as the Keyshawn option to fight after being captured on February 14th by Birinchyka's title.
Ducking Cruz?
It's the same with the struggle of Muratalla-Abdullaev. Top Rank promotes Keyshawn Davis and they will not want to allow Andy Cruz to fight, knowing that his chances of loss will be big. They try to turn Keyshawn into their next star with careful matching.
Moreover, he repeatedly rejected the fight of Cruz. So, it's not just Top Rank who doesn't want this fight. Keyshawn should be dragged to the ring to fight Cruz because he knows his career would be permanently recessed if he fights him. Keyshawn is a classic example of a hipe job. Let's go there.
The fight against Cruz would point out that Keyshawn, and he will resist this fight with every ounce of energy he has. The best rank is likely to help. If Keyshawn gets his hands on the WBO belt next month, he will leave him if Cruz becomes his mandatory challenger and the fight has been ordered. That's my prediction.
“There are two fights that people will say,” I'm more interested than Andy Cruz. “It's a tank, which I don't think will happen this year, and Shakur,” Hearn continued. “It's his (Keyshaw) best friend. He'll never fight. Tell me a more intriguing fight, a better narrative, more competitive than Keyshawn Davis against Andy Cruz.”
A simple path
Hearn is right. Cruz is the best fight there for Keyshawn, but he's wrong if he thinks it will happen. Eddie is not an American and does not know the US people. Keyshawn is so easy to read. He wants a light life and money, and he will never fight Cruz again.
“So, for me, I think it's a natural struggle. They fought four times. Andy Cruz won each time,” Hearn said. “He calls him his son, and the upgrade will be great. It's a great fight and it's a 50-50 fight. Keyshawn looks really good. Now he has a great experience in professionals, and Andy has only five fights.”
Cruz will look like a pure duck as it is, and the fans will notice. It will always look #2. It doesn't matter how well Maneuvers top rang maneuvers to look better than it is.
“Andy just beat Salcido tonight. (Antonio) Moran last time. He's starting quickly and hell is talent,” Hearn said.
