Alphonso Davies' agent plans meetings with 4 clubs as Bayern Munich talks stall

The representative of Bayern Munich left-back Alphonso Davies will meet with four different European giants to discuss a move for his client after talks over a contract extension stalled, reports claim.

Davies is in the final six months of his current deal with Bayern. Despite remaining an undisputed starter for Vincent Kompany Bundesliga management, the club and his agent, Nick Househ, have been unable to agree terms on a new deal for the flying full-back.

This uncertainty and impending free agency has drawn interest from elite clubs across the continent. Real Madrid has long been held as Davies' Strongest Seekersalthough Manchester United's search for a new left-back has led to links with Premier League giants.

Bayern Munich seems to have moved away from public ultimatum sign or trade in July and offer the player new and improved conditions in November.

However, there is still no deal in place and Davies' agent will leave Munich to begin discussions with his client's numerous suitors, according to BILDS ' Christian Falk.

four clubs – Real MadridManchester United, Liverpool and Manchester City – have been named as the destinations for Househ's sales pitch.

While interest from Madrid and United is well established, Liverpool could be keen to snap up the 24-year-old Champions League winner as a long-term successor to the declining Andy Robertson. The club's much-loved and much-decorated defender has not enjoyed his best season by his own admission, racking up more red cards (one) than assists (zero) this term.

City don't even have a natural left-back to replace. Josko Guardiol has filled in most often there for Pep Guardiola, who has already begun a defensive rebuild in January. The pair of young central defenders of Victor Reis AND Abdukodir Khusanov both will arrive in Manchester this month. Whether Davies will follow in the summer remains to be seen.
