The second day of the mid-term exam Pakistan and the West Indies at the Multan Cricket Stadium began with Pakistan resuming their first innings at 143 for 4, and Saud Shakeel and Mohammad Rizwan at the crease. Pakistan's batting team faced major setbacks as they lost their last six wickets for just 43 runs, ending their first innings with 230 runs. The West Indies bowlers, especially Jayden Seales and Jomel Warricanhe took advantage of the situation. Seales claimed three early wickets, demolishing Pakistan's top order, while Warrican added three more to his tally as he finished the innings. The fall of wickets was quick, with key players like Rizwan and Agha Salman again succumbing to pressure, leaving Pakistan in a difficult position.
West Indies struggle against the genius of Noman Ali and Sajid Khan
In response, the West Indies faced a huge task. Their innings got off to a bad start as they slumped to 10 for 2 inside just two overs. Noman Ali and Sajid Khan they were consistent with their bowling, taking advantage of the favorable conditions around them. Ali impressed, taking five wickets for just 39 runs in his 11 overs. Khan helped him with four wickets for 65 runs in his 12 overs. The West Indies batting line-up crumbled under the pressure, managing just 137 runs before being bowled out in over 25 overs.

By the end of Day 2, Pakistan had established a lead of 202 runs. They were on 109 after losing three quick wickets but still maintained control of the game. Shan Masood leading in front with a solid innings of 52 runs before the end. Muhammad Huraira he contributed with 29 runs carefully as the team looked to extend their lead. Despite some setbacks in the second innings, Pakistan's batsmen laid a solid platform for victory.
