Isaac Chamberlain withdrew from the upcoming match with Viddal Riley due to injury.
London cruiserweights Riley and Chamberlain developed a heated rivalry that led to their much-anticipated fight on February 1.
But an injury sustained by Chamberlain in training ruled the Brixton boxer out of the competition.
The February 1 bill at OVO Wembley Arena continues, live Sky Sportstitled Adam Azim's confrontation with Sergej Lippinset.
Azim is stepping up to the world level as he aims to prove he is ready to take on the best in the division. His last fight was a win over Ohara Davies in October at the Copper Box Arena.
The unbeaten 22-year-old gave it his all as he dictated the action and dominated Davies from the first bell, ending the fight in spectacular style over eight rounds.
But Lipinec is a former IBF world champion in the super-lightweight division. The Kazakhstan-born fighter won the IBF belt with a unanimous decision victory over Akihiro Kondo in 2017.
The 35-year-old has since established himself as one of the top contenders in the super lightweight and welterweight divisions with wins over former world champions Lamont Peterson and Omar Figueroa Jr.
Riley would box Chamberlain in the running for main support on the bill. But that match is now on hold.
Promoter Ben Shalom said: “Unfortunately, Isaac suffered an injury at training camp and is unable to box on February 1st.
“The fight between Viddal and Isaac has been a long time coming. We were excited to finally see them in the ring and are disappointed that it won't happen next week as planned. We wish Isaac a speedy recovery. News on what's next for Viddal will follow soon. “
