MCA responds to Prithvi Shaw's Instagram outbursts with a captain role

The war of words between Prithvi Shaw and the Mumbai Cricket Association (MCA) continues, but before things get much more bitter, the top official has decided to give the young batsman a chance to revive his career despite all his drama on social networks.

After that, one of the Mumbai Cricket Association officials came forward and clarified why Shaw was not considered for the 2024-25 Vijay Hazare Trophy. The state body is not happy with his poor performance both on and off the field and has dropped him from the Mumbai team.

Shaw said via his cryptic post: “If you don't fully understand, don't talk about it. Too many people have full opinions with half the facts (sic.).” He ended his Instagram story with “Friyay”.
