Mohamed Salah spoke of his pride after becoming the first Liverpool player to score 50 goals in European competition in the 2-1 win over Lille.
Egypt striker Salah made it 50 goals for Liverpool after Jonathan Davies had equalized with 10 men after Harvey Elliott's side-scoring winner in the first half.
Salah told Amazon Prime: “I hope to reach the final (50 goals). I didn't pay attention to the record before the game.
“It's something I'm very happy and proud of, especially because we won the game, and that's the most important thing.”
Salah's famous goal was Salah's 23rd goal in all competitions at the end of the season, and Liverpool reached the Champions League final for the seventh time in seven games before next week's final.
“We got the ball and finally Curtis (Jones) played the ball well and scored,” Salah said near the end of the first half.
“I was able to score with a counter attack without being blocked. A clean sheet is very important for us.”

Substitute Elliott was the hero of the night after curling his long-range shot into the bottom corner, and Salah was delighted to see the youngster get the job done after a tough run through injury.
Salah said about his teammate: “He had injuries at the beginning of the season and it was difficult for him. I am always here for him. He is a good boy.
“If you want to win the biggest tournaments, you need a great team.”
Elliott: I don't.
Elliott has been linked with a move away from Anfield in search of first-team football and decided to use a signal ceremony to silence the noise.
The midfielder said: “To be honest, I'm not leaving. This is my team and my club. I'm a big fan and we're in a great position this season.
“I haven't seen the chat, but my friends have been messaging me and calling me about something.
“It's always going to happen in January, especially when you go away for a long time and don't play as much as you want, but that's football.”
“It's hard to put into words,” Elliott said of his match-winning moment. All my life I have dreamed of playing Champions League football, Not only for my boyhood club, but to play at Anfield in front of our fans and especially to score goals is a moment for me.”
David: Liverpool are the best team in the world.
Lille goalscorer David was proud of his team's effort at Anfield, but said they were the best team in the world at the moment.
“A very good team,” said the Canadian forward. I think they are the best team in the world right now.
“Tonight is another goal (for me). I'm happy that I scored, but I couldn't get the three points.”
