Former India cricketer Manoj Tiwary has been in the headlines ever since he announced his retirement from international cricket. Tiwary made a shocking demand and launched a scathing attack on India's head coach Gautam Gambhir.
The former Bengal cricketer alleged that Gambhir insulted legendary India captain Sourav Ganguly when the latter joined the Cricket Association of Bengal (CAB). Tiwary also claims that he was threatened by Gambhir when the two were playing a Ranji match in Delhi.

How Gautam Gambhir defamed Sourav Ganguly?
During an interview with Lallantop, Manoj Tiwary revealed an incident where Gautam Gambhir used abusive words on Sourav Ganguly. According to Tiwary, Gambhir accused Ganguly of using his sources to get into the administration side of CAB.
“When he abused constantly, I remember Sourav Ganguly just joined that am sab karke pahoch Gaya.
Tiwary also claims that he said all these things back to Ganguly. However, the former India captain was calm enough to handle the situation and didn't overreact. Both Gambhir and Tiwary have not spoken to each other since then.
“When I told Dada, he said 'Theek Hai' (it's okay). It was my duty to pass it on. You can see he (Gambhir) has an anger problem. After that day, there is no scope to talk or meet, “Tiwary told Lallantop in an interview,” he added.

Manoj Tiwary has revealed the incident where he and Gautam Gambhir stood up against each other in a heated moment in Delhi. The incident even reached a point where both were ready for a fight with each other, according to Tiwary.
“I have never heard anyone give such abuses. If someone abuses your mother, you should not take her to bed. I am not a person who can take abuses quietly. I asked him,” Gauti Bhai, why are you talking like that – Then it went over.
