Former Manchester United coach Ole Gunnar Solskjaer is said to be inclined to entice the Red Devils midfielder Casemiro to the Turkish team Besiktas.
Casemiro, who joined United in 2022 under the direction of Erik Ten Hag, has rejected the order under the direction of the new coach Ruben Amorim. The Brazilian has been an unused replacement in seven of the last nine United Matches in the Premier League.
“I need to make some choices,” Amorim said recently when asked to explain his limited use of Casemiro. “I want to play a game style that is sometimes different from other coaches and I have to choose based on this, that's all.”
With Casemiro thought to be available for transfer, neither The Solskjaer state is seeking to connect with the former Real Madrid midfielder of Besiktas.
Reports have also linked solkeskjaer and Besiktas with a move For United striker Marcus Rashford, although the Englishman is not thought to be interested in such a pass.
When he took over the leadership of Besiktas earlier this month, Solskjaer was quickly asked about possible moves for Casemiro or Rashford.
