Manchester United boss Ruben Amory says Marcus Rashford is eager to make his comeback.
Rashford, who has missed United's last three games, has fueled speculation about his future after an interview in which he expressed his desire for a new challenge after two decades at the club.
However, Amorim made it clear that Rashford wants to play but will not be involved until he meets the necessary training standards.
Amorim said in his press conference that the decision was up to him.
He said, “Yes. That's my decision. He wants to play. He's trying. my decision Only my decision.
“There is no (condition). When I feel the moment is right, I will change something. Until then, the team will continue to think about what is best.
“I talked to a lot of players individually in training,” he said. So I try to do it my way, This is the only way I know.

“If you don't do that, you will lose yourself, I will not lose. I know what I'm doing.”
While Rashford's comments gained attention in the interview, Amorim dismissed the idea that the issue had any effect on the team.
“No, I don't think so,” he added. “Not for me and the other players because everyone is in training every day. They understand. That's the bottom line.
“I'm really focused and they know – I'm very clear in my message – everyone at Carrington knows what they want from Marcus and everyone else.
“So it's not a problem for us. Maybe for the media, but that's not my concern. You can't control it for the media or for other people.”
Asked what he expects from the forward in his discussions and training with Rashford, Amorim said: “Like any other player, they are the best they can be.
“If you've got big talent, big capacity, big responsibility, big engagement, push everybody in the moment. Some guys are here for a long time because they're here for a long time.”
“I talk to him every day about the concert, not about the interview.”
Amorim acknowledged the current challenges facing the club, describing it as “one of the lowest times in our club. So we have to face this moment with resilience. That's what we want for every player in the team.”
As Manchester United prepare for their Boxing Day clash with Wolves, Amorim has left the door open for Rashford's return, but made no guarantees.
Amorim remains sidelined from the forward unless he decides he is ready to rejoin the team.
