Head is one of the major reasons behind the Australian national cricket team's dominance in the 2024-25 Border-Gavaskar Trophy. The left-hander hardly put a foot wrong in the series and with the way he batted, the Indian bowlers seemed clueless against him.
The head seemed to have a little weakness in the shot. The batter struggled a bit against the balls coming in from around the wicket. He got a low score in the first innings in Perth against Harshit Rana, but it looks like the weakness is ready to be countered by him.
Ahead of the fourth Test of the 2024-25 Border-Gavaskar Trophy, Travis Head was seen heading towards off-stump to counter this threat. The batsman, once again, looked quite solid in the nets as he appeared the ball well and played some solid shots.
