Georgia Southern has projected its starting lineup and depth chart for the New Orleans Bowl


Georgia Southern will face the Eagles (8-4). Sam Houston Bearcats (9-3) Thursday night in the 2024 New Orleans Bowl. The game will take place at the Caesars Superdome, with kickoff at 7 p.m. ET.

Under coach Clay Helton, the Eagles secured their third straight bowl appearance. However, they have yet to taste victory with their previous two bowl games, the 2022 Camellia Bowl and 2023 Myrtle Beach ending in a loss. However, having beaten Appalachian State in the regular season finale, they have some momentum going into this game.
