“I'm very grateful” – Conor Daly looks at contract renewal with JHR Racing after a chaotic season


Conor Daly has announced that he has signed a contract Juncos Hollinger Racing For the 2025 IndyCar season. The 33-year-old struggled to secure a full-time sponsorship deal with his partners during the off-season. When Daly announced his contract, he went out and looked at the chaotic offshore.

“How interesting this season has been. I'm so grateful for the chance to finally come back and race full-time in the @IndyCar series! I love this @juncoshollinger team and believe we can accomplish a lot together! Can't wait to get back to work in 2025! @TeamChevy #indycar”

Conor Daly's last full-time game IndyCar season in 2022 with Ed Carpenter Racing. He drove the car part-time in the 2023 and 2024 seasons. The 33-year-old secured the Dreyer and Reinbold Racing Indy 500 driver for 2024. Daly was then given the opportunity to replace Agustin Canapino at JHR midway through the 2024 IndyCar season.

The American's best finish during the 2024 JHR race was a podium finish in the first race at the Milwaukee Mile. JHR previously announced that Sting Ray Robb has signed with the team for the 2025 IndyCar season, as he will partner with Daly. JHR owner Ricardo Juncos spoke highly of the 33-year-old player. “When Conor joined us last year, I felt like we picked up where we left off in 2010 without a hitch. I'm delighted he'll be in the car full-time in 2025. Now that both seats are full, the team is laser-focused. Juncos is focused on building momentum and delivering outstanding performances throughout the year, aiming for an exceptional season ahead for Hollinger Racing.

Daly previously drove for Ricardo Juncos' team in the Star Mazda Championship for the 2010 season, winning the championship that year.

“It was one of the most difficult seasons in my life and I went through a lot. Last year I knew I could have a 500 (with Dreyer and Reinbold Racing). It feels like I'm either in it or dead. “I'm going to have no form of income and I have no idea what's going on and it's just frustrating.”
