Manchester United are flying high after Sunday's incredible win over local rivals Manchester City and will be keen to build on the momentum from a superb result when they visit Tottenham Hotspur on Thursday.
The Red Devils can secure their place in the last four of the Carabao Cup on Thursday night when they visit north London, with Ruben Amorim looking for his first piece of silverware during his debut season in Manchester.
Man Utd will be wary of Thursday's opponents, who kept three goals unanswered at Old Trafford earlier this season, and Amorim has some significant selection headaches after a chaotic few days for the six-time Cup winners. EFL.
Here's how Man Utd can be lined up in Spurs.
GK: Andre Onana – Onana has endured a difficult few weeks as he bounces back from the error-prone form that saw him mistreated during his debut season. He will want to get through Thursday's meeting inconspicuous.
CB: Leny Yoro – The summer signing is slowly integrating into the team after a long-term injury lay-off and the trip to north London could provide him with some much-needed game time. Matthijs de Ligt has not proven to be irreplaceable either.
CB: Harry Maguire – Last season, Maguire vs Erling Haaland would have ended very differently. However, the often criticized center back kept the Norwegian calm at the Etihadlimiting it to very few possibilities.
CB: Lisandro Martinez – Not only did the diminutive Argentine impress defensively against Man City, he also provided the late assist for Amad Diallo's strike with a brilliant through ball.
RM: Diogo Dalot – With Noussair Mazraoui an injury doubt and Amad moving further back, Dalot should return to right midfield on Thursday. Will be tasked with keeping the greedy Son Heung-min undercover, something Southampton failed to do at the weekend.
CM: Kobbie Mainoo – Mainoo replaced the injured Mason Mount after just 14 minutes at the Etihad and delivered a strong defensive performance in the engine room. With James Maddison and Dejan Kulusevski moving into attacking midfield positions, he will be busy on Thursday.
CM: Manuel Ugarte – Only Mazraoui (12) and Maguire (12) completed more defensive actions than Ugarte (11) at the weekend, with the Uruguayan saving one of his most impressive Man Utd performances for the big stage.
LM: Tyrell Malacia – Malacia hasn't been perfect since his return from injury – understandable given the amount of time he missed – but Luke Shaw's hamstring injury could open the door for the Dutchman in the capital.
RF: Amad Diallo – Amadi's place in the team was already secure after a heroic display at the weekend but Marcus Rashford conceding his own desire to leave Old Trafford it has only increased ivory's place in the rankings.
ST: Rasmus Hojlund – It looks like a coin toss between Hojlund and fellow striker Joshua Zirkzee on Thursday, but it could be the Denmark international who gets the nod after his impressive goalscoring form of late.
LF: Bruno Fernandes – With Alejandro Garnacho fell on the weekend amid investigations into internal leaks at Man UtdFernandes should play in a more advanced role outside of Hojlund. He was the change maker alongside Amad at the Etihad.
