5) Rishabh Pant
Pant did not play enough matches but left his mark in a few matches for India. In 10 matches, the star batsman scored 677 runs at an average of 37.61 with the help of 4 hundred and a half tons. His fearless approach continued to make him an integral part of the team.
4) Virat Kohli
Kohli had a quiet round of WTC by his high standards. His average dropped to 32.65 as he scored 751 runs in 14 matches. The former Indian skipper smashed several hundreds and made 3 fifties, 121 being his best score.

3) Rohit Sharma
Like Kohli, India's current captain Rohit also faced a tough time with the bat and captaincy in the WTC format. While India lost the home series against New Zealand and faced heat in the Boder-Gavaskar Trophy in Australia, Rohit's batting was also a big sign of concern. In 17 matches, Rohit scored 864 runs at a dangerous average of 28.80. Although he managed to smash 3 hundreds and 4 half-centuries, of which 131 was his best score.
2) Shubman Gill
Gill also had a tough time with the bat in the WTC 2023-25 cycle. He managed to reach almost 1000 runs but his results were few and far between, especially in difficult matches. At an average of 37.38, Gill scored 972 runs in 16 matches, with three centuries and fifties.
1) Yashasvi Jaiswal
Being the star player of India, Yashasvi lit up the WTC circuit with his consistent and powerful batting. The left-handed opener smashed 1,798 runs in 19 matches at an impressive average of 52.88. His contributions included four centuries and 10 half-centuries, with an unbeaten 214 being his best. Jaiswal finished as the second highest run-scorer in WTC matches, behind England's Joe Root, who had 1,968 runs.
