Tyson Fury resembled a bearded fictional character Fagin from 1968 Oliver Twist film during today's final press conference for his rematch with Oleksandr Usyk this Saturday. He was the spitting image of Fagin.
Cranky and Snarling : Fury's mood
Fury (34-1-1, 24 KOs) did not look healthy and came across as grumpy, snarling and mean during his face-to-face trash talk with unified heavyweight champion Usyk (22-0 , 14 KOs).
Usyk will probably need a knockout to win because Turki Alalshikh has already told the media that he wants Fury to win, so there will be a trilogy. I wonder what Usyk thinks about that? It's in Usyko's best interest if he loses Saturday's fight because he'll make more money. It would have been better if Turki had kept quiet about wanting Fury to win because he is a money man.
Anthony Joshua will not fight him after Oleksandr treated him in their two fights. The only one Usyk can fight to make huge money is Fury. Usyk does not want to lose, but it pays off financially if he is defeated on Saturday.
Fury's Infernal Return
“All the story is finished. I'm here to hurt him and put on a good show,” said Tyson Fury iFL TV after today's last press conference in Riyadh for the rematch with Oleksandr Usyk. “Not much. A lot of sh***. Nothing really matters until you're there that night,” Fury said when asked what was said during today's clash with Usyka.
Fury has looked hellish coming back from his loss to Usyk last May, and he doesn't seem in good enough shape to push the pace to victory. He won't win by fighting like last time, resting on the ropes like a big bird, eating Usyk's punches. He has to stay in the center of the ring and fight, but he doesn't like that he's physically fit enough to do that.
